First Semi-Pro Women's Team

UPSL Women is pleased to announce Krajisnik FC as its newest expansion team ahead of the Spring Season.Based in Utica, NY, Krajisnik FC will begin play in the Northeast Conference. The club curently hosts its UPSL home games at Sal longo Field .Sarah Pushkarenko is President of Krajisnik FC's women team. Shay Johnson is General Manager. David Clayton serves as Head Coach.UPSL Women National Director Paul Caligiuri said, "We are excited to be able to welcome Krajisnik FC to the Northeast group of teams. Certain clubs talk big and some clubs walk big. Krajisnik FC is the kind of club that people have to watch. They're quiet leaders and they're deserving of a ton of respect. They've done things the right way for a lot of years and we're pleased to have them as members."Krajisnik FC has been a member of the UPSL Northeast Conference since 2018. The club is operated by its board of directors."Our area of the Mohawk Valley region of New York State has built a wonderful soccer base with successful women athletes. Several of our colleges in the area had successful seasons and our club has worked hard to build a complete path to encourage our players to develop to the next level while offering them options for advanced play," Pushkarenko said. "We believe that we are offering our athletes a way to progress and be successful in their college soccer careers."Krajisnik FC will announce tryouts and its upcoming game schedule.
